Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival date and 60 days prior for Holidays and/or Special events. If you have met our cancellation policy your deposit will be refunded less $30 processing fee. For cancellations done within 21 days or 60 days for holidays and special events, we retain complete deposit and you will be held responsible for any days we are not able to rebook. Reservations made within the 21 day period, the deposit is non-refundable. There are NO refunds for early departures and you will be held responsible for the days remaining on your reservation. Sorry NO exceptions! We recommend Travel Insurance. We cannot be responsible for flight delays, flight cancellations, health or personal issues or weather-related problems.
